データの扱いと外部送信について
2026 年 10 月 29 日（11 月 2 日に「試用の申し込み」と運営者を足しました）。運営は皆川 陽介（個人。沖縄の専門学校の学生）、問い合わせは trial@reduxdive.com です。REDUX（ダイビングのお店の受付と名簿の試作）のページで、どの情報をどこへ送るかを書いています。
見られ方と速さの計測（Cloudflare Web Analytics）
- 送る先
- Cloudflare, Inc.（Cloudflare Web Analytics）
- 送る情報
- 見たページ（アドレスの「?」と「#」から後ろは送りません）・どこから来たか・国・端末とブラウザの種類・画面の表示にかかった時間
- 目的
- ページがどれくらい使われているか、表示が遅くないかを確かめるため
- 送らない物
- 入力した内容・名前・メールアドレス・電話番号・健康の答え。計測のために cookie や端末の保存領域は使わず、個人を特定しません
- 送るページ
- お客さまの画面（予約の前に）と、お店の試し版のページだけ。お店から届いたリンクで名簿の項目を入れるページと、店頭の QR から入れるページでは送りません。EU・EEA・英国・スイスからの訪問は計測しません（国が分からないときも計測しません）
試用の申し込み（お店向けの案内ページのフォームと、trial@reduxdive.com へのメール）
- 送る先
- Cloudflare, Inc.（メールの送信）を通り、Google LLC（Gmail）にある運営者の受信箱に届きます。どちらも米国の事業者です
- 送る情報
- お店の名前と、返事を受け取るアドレス。送る回数を制限するため、IP アドレスを Cloudflare が一時的に使います
- 目的
- 試用の案内の連絡だけ。REDUX のサーバーには保存せず、記録（ログ）にも名前とアドレスは残しません
- 消すとき
- 届いたメールは、試用をしないと決まったとき（お返事がないまま 30 日たったときを含む）、または試用が終わってから 30 日以内に消します。消してほしいとき・問い合わせは trial@reduxdive.com へ
AI に送る文（Anthropic の Claude）
- 送る先
- Anthropic, PBC（AI の Claude）。REDUX のサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）から送ります
- 送る情報
- 「聞きたいことを、そのまま」に書いた質問の文と、お店が書いた答えの一覧。「まとめて書いて、入れてもらう」に貼った文。お店が使う画面では、転送された予約メールの文と申込書の写真
- 目的
- お店の答えから合う物を選んで訳す・申し込みの欄を読み取る・名簿の項目を読み取るため。AI は答えを自分で作らず、送るのは人が押したときだけです
- 送らない物
- 体や病気のことに触れた質問は、AI に送る前に止めます。貼った文や予約メールの健康に触れた行は外し、申込書の写真は健康の欄を塗ってから送ります
How your data is handled and sent
29 October 2026 ("Trial applications" and the operator added on 2 November). REDUX is run by Yosuke Minagawa, a vocational school student in Okinawa, as an individual (not a company); contact trial@reduxdive.com. This page lists what the REDUX pages (a prototype check-in and diver list for dive shops) send, and where.
Visit and speed measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- Sent to
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- What
- The page you viewed (nothing after "?" or "#" in the address), where you came from, country, device and browser type, and how long the page took to show
- Why
- To see how much the pages are used and whether they load slowly
- Not sent
- Anything you type, names, email addresses, phone numbers or health answers. The measurement uses no cookies or device storage, and you are not identified
- Pages
- Only the booking page for guests and the shops' trial pages. Nothing is sent from the page you open from the shop's link to fill in the diver list, or from the in-shop QR page. Visits from the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are not measured (nor when the country cannot be told)
Trial applications (the form on the shops' page, and email to trial@reduxdive.com)
- Sent to
- Through Cloudflare, Inc. (email sending) to the operator's inbox at Google LLC (Gmail). Both are US companies
- What
- The shop name and the address for our reply. Cloudflare briefly uses your IP address to limit how often the form can be sent
- Why
- Only to reply about the trial. Nothing is stored on the REDUX server, and logs do not keep the name or the address
- Deletion
- The email is deleted when it is decided not to try REDUX (including 30 days with no reply), or within 30 days after the trial ends. To ask for deletion or anything else, write to trial@reduxdive.com
Text sent to an AI (Anthropic's Claude)
- Sent to
- Anthropic, PBC (the Claude AI), from the REDUX server (Cloudflare Workers)
- What
- The question you type in "Ask in your own words" with the shop's list of answers, and the text you paste into "Write it all at once". On the shop's own screens, forwarded booking emails and photos of application forms
- Why
- To pick and translate the shop's matching answer, to fill in the booking fields, and to read the diver list items. The AI does not write its own answers, and nothing is sent until a person presses the button
- Not sent
- Questions about health or illness are stopped before they reach the AI. Lines about health are removed from pasted text and booking emails, and the health part of a form photo is blacked out before it is sent
